ICP: Single people 18+ who think normal dating apps suck and who love books. I'm not sure how to be more specific than that, but I know I probably should be. 😰

My ideal customer profile can be described as a (micro) SaaS owner who started worrying about their customer churn rate and asking themselves why their customers leave and if there's something they could do to prevent it in the first place. It is also someone who has an established product and a product-market fit.

Product: Sidekick: A productivity tool that blocks distracting websites and applications during focus sessions.
ICP: People who want to reach specific goals but find themselves more distracted online than they want to be and want to change their digital habits.
Awesome prospect and I've signed up. If I could suggest one thing from a productisation perspective, it's that you can really control the board from a focus-tool perspective if you can play on the other side of procrastination. Yes, distraction and procrastination can be ruinous and you've productised well against that, but the positive corollary of procrastination is exploration, where letting the mind wander can also lead to unexpected wellsprings of creativity. If you can, for instance, take a user's goals and suggest sites or services they might not know of that can help them reach those goals - to help them 'procrastinate' in a way that pushes them towards an objective instead of away from it - I think this tool would become pretty irresistible.
As a side note, your branding is also top-notch - 'Sidekick' is a vivid name that carries all the right connotations for a service of this nature. It'd be cool to see you push the boat out and exploit that vividness - a rare virtue in a market full of randomly named products - in other aspects of your site design. I appreciate you probably are following the logic train that you ought to minimise visual distractions given your app is all about training users' focus - but the nature of your product means that a colourful interface is not going to lead users into procrastinatory temptation. Indeed, having a little more colour, bounce, vibe in the designs will add delight to the package, which, when your main service is (productively) oppressing a user's instinct to seek novelty, can be very useful.

The IC would have above average income. The IC would likely be seeking an alternative to a prescription steroid cream for their skin treatment.
Another ICP for the future?: women with above average incomes who are looking for an all natural, all organic moisturizer without any chemicals.

I actually do. I'm targeting super-casual gamers, so people who do not normally play games, but sometimes they stumble upon something that clicks with them and they're hooked. I know, it seems oddly specific but I actually think there are more super-casual gamers than regular gamers :)

I'm making KidHero. It's a habit game for kids in which they get to level up and gear out their superhero by completing "Quests" that their parents assign to them. So, for example, if I give my son the Quest of "Cleaning his room", and he accomplished it, then he would be able to choose a reward like a magic helmet that gave him +5 speed. The variety of Quests is limitless, though.
Ideal Customer Profile is... Parents of young children who like video games. Parents who want to have a fun way to encourage their kids to take on new challenges, and to tackle old challenges in better ways. Parents willing to try something new with their kids.
