Product: "Bibliophile": A dating app for people who like to read books. Members would indicate their favorite books and books they would recommend to someone trying to get to know them. You would be shown the profiles of people with whom you had a favorite book in common.
ICP: Single people 18+ who think normal dating apps suck and who love books. I'm not sure how to be more specific than that, but I know I probably should be. 😰
My ideal customer profile can be described as a (micro) SaaS owner who started worrying about their customer churn rate and asking themselves why their customers leave and if there's something they could do to prevent it in the first place. It is also someone who has an established product and a product-market fit.
Awesome prospect and I've signed up. If I could suggest one thing from a productisation perspective, it's that you can really control the board from a focus-tool perspective if you can play on the other side of procrastination. Yes, distraction and procrastination can be ruinous and you've productised well against that, but the positive corollary of procrastination is exploration, where letting the mind wander can also lead to unexpected wellsprings of creativity. If you can, for instance, take a user's goals and suggest sites or services they might not know of that can help them reach those goals - to help them 'procrastinate' in a way that pushes them towards an objective instead of away from it - I think this tool would become pretty irresistible.
As a side note, your branding is also top-notch - 'Sidekick' is a vivid name that carries all the right connotations for a service of this nature. It'd be cool to see you push the boat out and exploit that vividness - a rare virtue in a market full of randomly named products - in other aspects of your site design. I appreciate you probably are following the logic train that you ought to minimise visual distractions given your app is all about training users' focus - but the nature of your product means that a colourful interface is not going to lead users into procrastinatory temptation. Indeed, having a little more colour, bounce, vibe in the designs will add delight to the package, which, when your main service is (productively) oppressing a user's instinct to seek novelty, can be very useful.
Hey! Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback. It really means a lot! I think you're really onto something: the positive corollary of procrastination is exploration. You've given me a lot to think about and work off of. Thanks so much!

SuperSocial is a powerful, automatic digital marketing software that only targets the right audience through the keywords you provide. It's an amazing tool that can help you save time and money on your marketing campaigns while still getting great results.
The game mechanic is inspired by another viral game: https://popcat.click. It basically groups player scores by country and shows a live leaderboard of countries competing against each other.
Let me know what you think :) Also open to feature suggestions etc!
This is awesome! I'd never played the Dinosaur Game before. It's strange how entertaining it can be to hit the space bar and watch a dinosaur jump over a cactus...
Do you have an ideal customer profile? Who are you targeting?
Thanks Brandon! Indeed spacebar games are quite addictive despite their simple game mechanics.
I actually do. I'm targeting super-casual gamers, so people who do not normally play games, but sometimes they stumble upon something that clicks with them and they're hooked. I know, it seems oddly specific but I actually think there are more super-casual gamers than regular gamers :)
Hello Everyone! I would like to present my side-project I've been working on since some time. Basically it's a totally free web application which allows you to perform inventory counts :) Let me know what you think - I would be glad to help if the need arises!
My Product is called (Hero)[https://hero.page]. It's a 100% free platform to share lists of links. To put it simply, it's an advanced Linktree alternative.

Another client is a Podcast who is create a Space (collection of list of links) per episode, to reference all the cool things they talk about!
Going through idea validation at the moment (so feel free to roast it), but it's a way to generate podcast notes, by taking a screenshot of your lock screen while listening to a podcast. Not to be confused with another podcast player.

Take lock screen screenshot
App reads screenshot, transcribes the audio around that time to text, creates a note, and organizes under that podcast & episode.
You're left with a bunch of notes organized by podcast, then podcast episode.

I'm making KidHero. It's a habit game for kids in which they get to level up and gear out their superhero by completing "Quests" that their parents assign to them. The variety of Quests is limitless, though.

I love this idea. This would be an amazing way to filter people and reliably connect with people on the same wavelength.
Hmm... I feel like for ICP, who you're targeting might depend strongly on where you're targeting them? Do you have any thoughts on this?
I was thinking about trying reddit groups around books to start.
