Disney unveils its first plus-size heroine

Disney debuted its first plus-size protagonist in 'Reflect,' a short film on body dysmorphia. It follows the story of plus-size ballet dancer Bianca, "who battles her own reflection" and overcomes her doubts and fears. The film garnered praise from fans, many of who wished they had such movies while growing up. This comes after Disney was accused of pushing unrealistic beauty standards last year.
