Some recipes tend to be time consuming but worth the effort
The greatest compliment I can give this cookbook is I basically want to try almost all of the recipes. Since I have got it I have made 15 of them already. It has a nice variety of menu ideas from breakfast, appetizers , salads, soups, chicken, fish, sides and desserts. Some are more time consuming than others so make sure you check the cooking times listed before you start. The sweet citrus chicken and rice was 2 hours from start to finish. There are plenty of other recipes with shorter cook times like the broccoli cheddar skillet and salmon. So far the flavors in the recipes I have tried were wonderful. The copy cat Panera bread wild rice soup recipe was so good. I could tell the recipe creator tested out her recipes to make sure they work as I have not had any issues with cook times or season adjustments. Each recipe has a lovely photo. The recipes also include how to speed it up, next level up and market swaps. The only thing I did not like was that the ingredients needed on some recipes continue on the next page which I found odd. I just have to remember when using this cookbook to check both pages for ingredients I will need. You won't have any trouble finding the ingredients as they are common in all grocery stores. There is no nutritional info but the recipes all seem on the healthier side. I love this cookbook so much I ordered Erin Clarke's first cookbook to add to my collection.

    I have Erin's first book and have cooked 40+ recipes from it and they have all been a hit, and WellPlated.com is my go to for recipes!

    This second book is STUNNING! Every recipe has a photo (a must for me!), the ingredients are easy to find, and the instructions are clear and not overly-complicated. And the dishes are DELISH! So far I have made the Bragging Rights Pie Crust (my first pie crust EVER!), Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars, and Slow Cooker Creamy Corn Chicken Chorizo Chowder and they were all winners and turned out exactly as described. You can really tell that these recipes have been tested many times over in many kitchens.

    There really is something for everyone - salads, different proteins, soups, hearty meat-free meals, one-pan meals, and more!

    The first Well Plated Cookbook is one of my all-time favorites so I was looking forward to Well Plated Everyday. I am really enjoying exploring its new recipes-- all delicious, healthy and interesting. The recipes are accompanied by clear photographs and easy-to-follow instructions. There are options for substitutions of ingredients and ways to take the recipe to the next level. Chapters focus on recipes for all parts of a meal-- breakfast and brunch, appetizers, salads, main dishes, sandwiches, soups, sides, and desserts. I'm sure I will rely on this new cookbook for inspiring ways to use healthy ingredients to create delicious meals. I would recommend this new book for both a novice or experienced cook. It would make a great gift for the holidays or for yourself. Can't wait to explore it further!

    I don’t like that the ingredient list is spread over two pages sometimes. More than often i come back from the store, realizing that there was more on the back. The recipes are great, but please put all ingredients on one page

    I got this for my daughter for Christmas because you just cant beat Erin's recipes but this book is full of amazing ones, its a must have now need to get one for myself because i just about didnt let it go.

    I waited ages to get it (3 months) even though I pre ordered and when I do a big disappointment.

    No metric, ingredients never heard of, not very healthy and loads of flour and lots of recipes over the page so hard to follow.

    Also not an everyday cookbook with most recipes being the ott ones you would do if the mother in law was visiting.

    Very expensive too at 25 pounds.
