While parents may disagree about many things when it comes to raising their children, one thing we can all agree on is the importance of a healthy amount of sleep to keep our families functioning at an optimum level of health. With a healthy amount of sleep, our families can grow, work, play and face the challenges that life inevitably throws our way. Yet without adequate sleep, families find themselves suffering from low energy, reoccurring illnesses, and host of behavior issues (both ours and our children’s!)

According to recent studies by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in three American’s does not get enough sleep. Our generation and that of our children face new pressures and overwhelming options when it comes to diversions from sleep. With the amount of conflicting information available about the best way to help your children meet their needs for sleep from birth to the teen years, it is easy to be overwhelmed or feel powerless to have a greater influence on our family’s health in this areas.

Yet in this course, consisting of three informative, insightful and inspiring conversations with experts in the fields of psychology, physiology, and maternal and child health, we bring you the latest in scientific information around our needs for sleep and ways to meet our family’s needs. Through the materials in this course, you will find motivation to change your perspective around sleep needs, practical ways to address sleep issues you may be experiencing in your family, and simple strategies that you can use in your family to develop a healthier relationship with sleep. With a little investment of your time and the material in this course, you will soon be on your way to a healthier, more rested family.

Pay what you can…

Please pay as much as you can afford to support the work we’re doing here at The Consciously Parenting Project. We strive to make our information affordable for all families. If you can afford more, you’re helping to support a family who might not otherwise be able to have the support, so thank you for paying more when you can.

Together we are stronger.

Together we make a difference.

Together we make the world a better place.
