  1. 1

SWOT-analysis is very useful tool for every business

Also do not forget to find strategic alternatives after SWOT.
I am talking about SO, ST, WO, WT:

SO: Use strength to take advantage of opportunities
ST: Use strength to avoid threats
WO: Overcome weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities
WT: Minimize weaknesses and avoid threats

SWOT is among the basics of business management.

I'm sceptic abouts its benefit. Just as many methods of business management, it is likely to get superficial insights and hard to dive deeper. That is my experience at least.

Is there anything you could recommend in such situations?
