About our Organic Coconut Sugar:

Anthony’s Organic Coconut Sugar makes baking an organic, natural, and unrefined experience. Our Coconut Sugar is made from sustainably sourced coconut palm nectar. First, our farmers make a cut on the flower or bud of the coconut palm, and the liquid nectar is collected. The collected nectar is gently heated to remove water and results in the golden brown crystals. It can be substituted in a 1:1 ratio with any other sugar, providing a subtle sweetness, with a slight caramel flavor.

Coconut Sugar is perfect for baking brownies, cookies and cakes. You can sprinkle it on buttered toast, sweeten your tea, or even add it to your oatmeal in the morning! In addition, our Organic Coconut Sugar is a wonderful, unrefined alternative to traditional white or brown sugar!
