JPMorgan launches fundraising platform to lure startups

JPMorgan has launched a new platform, Capital Connect, to connect startup founders with VCs to simplify the fundraising process. The initiative will serve the financing needs of startups at an early stage and allow startups even to trade their shares on a secondary market. It comes as other banks, including Goldman Sachs, expand services into the private market with a focus on VC-backed startups.
