I've been building Reflame for more than a year now, and just launched on Show HN a few weeks ago.

Reflame deploys React web apps in milliseconds instead of minutes. I think it's uniquely well suited for folks in the Indie Hackers community since it allows us to really capitalize on our unique advantage in agility to outcompete larger businesses, by removing all the latency floors that slow down our iteration speed, keeping us building in flow state for much longer.

Now that it's launched and available for anyone to sign up and use, I'm planning on doing a lot more building in public (previously I've only been tweeting about it once in a blue moon), starting with a launch post on Indie Hackers coming up soon.

Less heavy clients, more IM-based and simple plaintext-based tools can provide some flexibility without the trapping effect (e.g.: funky databases in Notion)

I'm currently building navigoals.com , it's like a habit tracker but much more oriented to people who want to track many many things (quantified self) . Its not for people who just want something simple , more for people who want to set complex goals and track their way through it and introspect on their life with lots of analytics.

Theres a bunch of new concepts, one principle is being "descriptive not prescriptive". So I set goals like be "productive" where many things can be productive.. This is enabled by a habit / action DAG (directed acyclic graph) that lets you build more complex representations of how you spend your time than the typical tags / groups you see in most trackers.

I also think "streaks" are overrated and am building ability to set more complex goals. Streaks are one type of goal, if you're quitting heroin I'd recommend keeping a streak, but for lots of other stuff I prefer more nuanced goal setting.

My product may sound confusing , I have a lot of work to do on both the product and onboarding and docs :)

I use it all day everyday, I'm building it for myself and if if I fail to get traction I will just pivot but continue to use it. It's massively helped me overcome some bad habits and get productivity momentum as an indie hacker, especially maintaining focus as a solo dev. So maybe it'll just be my thing but silly not to share it with the world and see if anyone else likes it!

I'm also influenced by daniel vassallo's "smallbets" community so might work on a few tiny projects in parallel as well the next few months in addition to this project, I have many ideas, I'm indie hacking full time looking to crack the nut of something to monetize :)
