We are paying for multiple services while running our project, what is the the one the most expensive? For me it's AWS - each month it costs me ~$350, also recently upgraded to pro plan on crisp.chat - another $95/mo. The rest of things are cheaper, Mailgun, Canva, Fathom, ChartMogul and etc.
What I have noticed is that there are a lot of cheaper options that smaller startups provide, but their features may not be 100% the same.
In my case, I used a no-code tool to build Knowledgehunt and it costs me around $80/mo
@guzguz -- have you tried applying for AWS credits? I got $5000 for two years, which means I have nearly zero infrastructure costs. 😎

I'm curious, how heavily are you using AWS for $350 in monthly costs?
Could there be savings by switching pricing options in some areas?
Not a perfect comparison as I use Azure, but I had an MVP with back-end, SQL DB, frontend hosting for maybe < $10 a month.
Obviously an app in heavy use is very different from an MVP, but I think the costs would have maybe 5x or 10x, not 30x.
Also, maybe you're just using way more advanced features than I needed.
As to your question for what MY most expensive monthly cost is now
$22 / month for MailJet
I used this https://whatslinko.com/ for information and the latest news from other countries
I bought a font API plugin https://fontchanger.info/ on monthly basis which costs 11$ per month
same for me I also bought a font API plugin https://fontsbunch.com/ on monthly basis which costs 11$ per month
I would suggest that you also re-evaluate your costs at Black Friday each year. That is a great time to get deals on apps, web services, hosting for your business. Also consider the cost savings of converting to an annual plan for the services that you use.
Sometimes the savings of a monthly plan versus an annual plan are substantial. And it's one less bill to worry about every month if you have an unexpected expense pop up in your business. Hope this helps!
I really wish they were a bit more reasonable with that Crisp Chat pro plan. I like the service in general.
Can I get API from WhatsApp for https://whatslinkhub.com/ in 110$
I tend to look for all-in-one solutions. My most expensive:
Zoho is quite versatile. They have a bunch of solutions that might replace crisp.chat (e.g. Cliq) and even AWS (Zoho Creator) depending on your use cases.
Finally a zoho one user! I always thought their offer is great for a solo entrepreneur and I never read about anybody using it. As a zoho one expert, have a look at odoo.com
They are clearly not cool, don't do product hunt launches, but have a solid business and unicorn valuation.
Their new pricing (announced today) is 20€/user per month for all their (many) apps, second year onwards 25€.
From your perspective, is that comparable to zoho one?
It seems comparable from a pricing perspective, and much cheaper than the beginning of the year when I was looking at ERP options for my previous company. At that stage all the packages were add-ons and the per-user pricing quickly became unaffordable.
I also came across numerous complaints about Odoo's poor customer service in my research which was an additional deterrent, so maybe something to look into.
My top three are...
I need memberful for https://activewhatslink.com/ can we buy on share?
Convert Kit at $99 / month is the single most expensive service I use.
