How to send emails to early access list?

Hey everyone,

I've got around 400 emails of people who requested early-access to my product (https://dhub.dev).

Now that the product is ready, I want send out invitations and do a PH launch on the same day.

Do you have any tips for how to send 400 emails in one go without your domain getting blocked, and the emails going to spam? Any services you used successfully accomplish such a thing?

Any tips or advice are very appreciated!

I am using Hubspot and Brevo for sending out emails.
    They also require DMARC.

Just one thing, I recommend reading Lenny's guide about launching on PH. Tipically it's better to warm up the leads before asking them to upvote.

      100% agree with this

I'm using Sendfox. Lifetime deal on Appsumo.

Try using zixflow https://zixflow.com/ let me know if you get stuck or need any assistance

Consider using established email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid for bulk email sending while maintaining deliverability. Segment your list, personalize messages, and monitor analytics closely. Ensure proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and follow best practices to avoid spam filters. Good luck with your launch!

Does everyone use their main domain to send emails? I'm worried about it being marked as 'spam domain' if I suddenly send 400 emails in one go

      We do.

Have you got an inbound links yet?

We got some, but not many. Does that affect spam filters?

Nah that's a good thing. Makes email provides more confident that you're legit.

I used Google workspace 1000/day limits, Verified DMARC, SPF, DKIM. sent using google sheet. Directly in primary😅

I like this approach. But I'm a bit concerned my domain is going to get marked as 'spam'. Did you do any other things to prevent that? I've got DMARC, SPF, and DKIM verified.

This. I tried Sendgrid but was getting blocked on hotmail. No issues with Postmark.

2 weeks ago I would have said Mailgun.

But Mailgun, just like Sendgrid, has problems delivering to Hotmail/Outlook recipients.

Migrated to Postmark and never looked back.

Resend is a good option if you've ever heard of them.
