11 places where you can find a mentor

  1. 2

Great resources. Having been a mentee and mentor, I'd advise those looking for a mentor to look at it as a long-term investment. If you're just looking for some quick advice and aren't committed to putting in the effort then a mentor really isn't going to help you. I found a brilliant mentor by chance through an online community and they were instrumental to my success because they could see the bigger picture when I couldn't. If I were looking for a mentor today then I'd see the membership cost as an investment in myself and my business.

Hey @maaike. Can you please provide a link to the platform which you are using? Also is your mentor available to take new clients?

I would like to add Qureos.com too. You can find industry experts working at Google, Meta, Amazon and Microsoft there

This is such a weird coincidence because I'm looking for a new mentor. My previous one has just started a family and can't commit her time to mentoring anymore. Some of the paid platforms look good. I'd personally advise against having a friend or family member be a mentor, the boundaries become far too blurry and it gets messy. My father-in-law was my mentor for a while and it was a nightmare. Lol.
