It goes into great detail on all of these points and really goes into exceptional detail, with lots of real life examples of repositioning to find product market fit.
It's really inspiring for those moments where you're feeling a bit down about your marketing - sometimes you're chasing the wrong audience, and you need to just make some minor tweaks to get to where you need to be!
Positioning isn't the panacea of all ills.
If you're more or less positioned correctly already, honestly the biggest mover of the needle is just to build a better product than your #1 and #2 competitors.

I love this video. I find it a fascinating study of humans. Firstly, it highlights very very few know greatness in niche fields. I know a small sample set, but no one stopped and admired greatness outside of the context.
