The Architecture of Integrity: Inside the 5-week Truth or Dare Experience

This isn’t one of those programs that plunge you into “massive action” and tell you to go harder when you inevitably burn out. This is the polar opposite of, and antidote to all that.

The “biggest” action you can take is to go inward. This is exactly why, for the first two weeks, we lay the foundation.

Week 1: The Pre-Game

The work is the very energetic foundation of your Truth or Dare journey.

It is deeeeeep inner work, encompassing working with your mind and altered states of consciousness, that will point the way to what your true work on this Earth is (hint: it’s not your job title). Unless we orient into that, all our attempts to be “in service” will be pointing in random directions.

To live into our true work, we must have the courage to break out of “safe” thinking, socially acceptable decision-making, and the complacency of maintaining “what’s already working.” And that courage can’t be forced, or sustained through willpower. You can’t white-knuckle it.

It has to come from the deep, unconscious integration of your essential artistry, and shamanically accessing your unique “bigness frequency.” This works at the cognitive, emotional, somatic, and spiritual levels.

I’ll teach you exactly how to do that. Then, I’ll teach you how to amplify and act on that frequency in a way that sustainably increases your capacity for channeling, creating, and “having.”

Week 2: Quiet Mode

Everyone agrees you should be “authentic” and “bold,” but… authentic to what? Bold, for what sake? Interesting that these questions are rarely asked, and even more rarely answered…

Few people stop to consider that “authenticity” doesn’t just mean “NOT being blatantly fake.” There are tons of people who are “not blatantly fake” but who, nonetheless, are living lives and building businesses that are nowhere near attuned to their inner truth.

The reality is, most folks hide their truths from the world, LESS because they’re afraid of what others will say, but MORE because (1) they don’t even know what their truth is because the world is so loud and there is so little space to hear themselves, (2) so naturally, they don’t know what it even feels like to be rooted to their truth, and (3) therefore they can’t access the confidence to value their own truth over someone else’s opinions and standards.

Trying to be “authentic” and “bold” without doing that work?

Doesn’t work. Can’t work. Ever.

When you have the skills to to pay attention to your subtle internal whispers and nudges, value them, listen to them without judging or repressing or pressuring yourself to “act on it” or broadcast it to others — you finally awaken to the richness of insight, wisdom, and creative authority you have inside you. 

Then, and only then, will you feel the genuine freedom and desire to share and “act on it” — when and if it is indeed aligned to do so. And when it is, you will access an endless wellspring of courage and verve.

This is the exact work we’re diving into in Week 2.

This is the vital inner work of PERSONAL INTEGRITY, without which attempts at “authenticity” come off hopelessly performative and manipulative… and attempts at “boldness” inevitably result in retreat and burnout.

Any work you do on your business without this is an utter waste of time, and if you don’t believe me, well… good luck.

Weeks 3-5: Game Time

Now that you have established the foundation of inner work, you will move onto taking on exhilarating challenges that will align your life to your greatest contribution and fulfillment. I will be with you — as will your new friends and cheerleaders — every step of the way.

Will you tell the truth… or dare to make a potentially scary move? You decide.

Depending on what stage of business-building you’re in — or whether you have a business at all (because “being fully alive” is the most interesting project you can take on anyway) — you will receive customized guidance and thrilling challenges to unearth your deepest creativity, personal power, and aligned impact on the world.

And because of all the work you’d done in previous weeks, you will have developed a powerful internal compass that guides all your actions. That’s what will enable all of this potentially challenging, sometimes spicy work, to feel like a “coming home” to who you’ve been at the deepest level all along…

… which will somehow simultaneously feels thrilling and relaxing.
