No person is an exception to this. Darkness only exists because of the light, which means even in our darkest hour, light must exist.

Within these pages, you'll find timeless wisdom to empower you with the understanding of our mind's infinite potential to create any experience of life we want, regardless of external circumstances.

Don't Believe Everything You Think is not about rewiring your brain, rewriting your past, or positive thinking. We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent.

This book was written to help you go beyond your thinking and discover the truth of what you already intuitively know deep inside your soul.

“You are already all the love, joy, peace, and fulfillment you seek. It is only when we forget that fact and get caught up in our thinking that we do not see it.”

This book has so many amazing one liners that really make you feel something deeply.

I deal with anxiety and panic disorder and reading this book helped me a lot. A few days back I was feeling a panic attack coming on and I immediately grabbed this book and picked up where I left off. I instantly felt relief and started actually laughing a little. The mind is such a scary yet beautiful thing.

Anyways loved the book and it’s a quick read.

Wow!!! My boyfriend and I both read this book and it is an absolute must read! In the beginning, Jospeh Nguyen says you will be different by the end, and he was absolutely right.
It has made us both feel so much relief as we both struggled with mental health issues. It is a total mind refresh. It was absolutely amazing and I would honestly recommend it to everyone because anyone can benefit from this.
The book was an easy read and it felt more personal than trying to be “professional” which I really liked.

As someone who studies psychology, this book is psych 101 if you’ve studied it. Great for people looking for motivation and trying to reach a positive mindset. As a psychologist, I didn’t find it life-changing at all, but for a layperson I think it’s a great motivational and education book to inspire positivity and a change in perspective. If you’re struggling with these things I’d recommend. It’s a quick and easy read but has a lot of useful information if you don’t have a background in psychology.
