What is Cryptoadz.show?
If you’re reading this, you likely know about CrypToadz by Gremplin. If not, these Toadz are some of the most talked about NFTs in the space. The most unique thing about CrypToadz is there’s a CC0 license on these swamp-dwellers. Essentially, the community and…well, anyone can use these as public domain IP to create/own their derivative works.
I currently own 2 Toadz and wanted to contribute something special to the CrypToadz world. So, I decided to create an animated show (with rap music) that dives into who my Toadz are and what the !vibe for.
These 2 toadz (“hashtag” #guppy and Mac BuddR) are rappers that want to make it big. They want to go viral. They want to be rap superstars and live the lavish lifestyle they see on TikTok and IG.
This is their journey.
Throughout this show, the Toadz will be making rap songs, having new characters (Toadz, Flyz, Polz etc.) enter The Swamp- while inviting the community to pitch show ideas + doing all kinds of other fun things to build the overall lore.
My idea when creating this show was to enable a community-inspired and funded show that can scale into a fully produced show in the future.
To achieve this, we will be dropping limited edition NFTs for those who would like to support the show. These will be various pieces based on music, art and other fun stuff from each episode. The first drop will be different “plaques” of the new song “ISSA !VIBE”- dropping on Thursday, October 28th:
