Do you create custom orders?

Yes. We are now making custom orders again! You can message us or browse our shop. Many of our listings have personalization options. If you don't see what you're looking for just shoot us a message. We can't decorate with beads, bling, or gems because Etsy has a policy against it. Plus, from what we have heard from our customers, it doesn't take long for the deco to begin falling off and sometimes gets damaged in transit. We realize that other shops attempt to sell these, but they eventually get shut down.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You may select the 'gift wrap' option during the checkout process.

How do I clean and care for my pacifier?

Wash the nipple/teat of your decorated pacifier with warm soapy water or a wet wipe, spot clean the rest of the pacifier, and air dry. Wash plain pacifiers with warm soapy water, rinse, and air dry.

To disassemble, gently pull one side of the handle until it comes out, pull the other side out, then remove it. From there you may remove the button. To reassemble, reinsert the button into the nipple without squeezing and put it back together. Our smaller sized pacifiers do not come apart.

*Please keep in mind, we do not replace any pacifiers that have been mishandled or broken by the customer.

What are the sizes of your adult pacifiers and clips?

Most of our adult pacifiers measure about 2.5 inches wide (6.5 cm), and a little over 1.5 inches tall (4.5 cm). Nipple/teat measures a little over 1.5 in long (4.5 cm) and will occasionally vary between frosted and clear.

The ones we sell with ROUND buttons have SMALLER shields than our more popular ones, so PLEASE don't leave bad feedback or take a star away claiming it's too small. It CLEARLY states in the description of those listings that they are smaller. The nipples are the same size as the others.

Our adult pacifier clips average between 10-12 inches long which suits most people, and we can adjust the size if you want. Just list your preferred clip length in the note section during the checkout process.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes! Our bulk listings of adult pacifiers are priced as wholesale. Our bulk listings range from 5 adult pacifiers to 25 adult pacifiers. If you are looking to purchase a larger bulk order, message us and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, and Cancellations

*Returns: For hygiene safety, we only accept returns if your package is unopened. Mark the package 'return to sender' and mail it back.

*Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.

*Replacements: We'll replace items broken upon arrival with photo proof. In some cases, we may replace an item that you have broken if you at least offer to cover the shipping cost.

*Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately, so please be sure before ordering. Cancellations are not very eco-friendly. Thanks!

***If you have not received your order, yet the tracking info shows it was delivered, check with neighbors first. Deliveries are now scanned with exact gps coordinates to prevent false claims. If you suspect mail theft, you should file a police report.

Do you offer Free shipping?

Currently, we offer free domestic (USA) shipping for orders totaling $35 or more. This is before tax and discounts.

What if I placed an order with the wrong shipping address?

If you message us before we've shipped your order this can be corrected. Log in, update your address and send us a message with your new info. If your address still hasn't updated, we'll change the address for your shipping label. If we've already shipped it, you'll need to contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can reroute the delivery.

If your order is returned to us, we can ship it back to you, but we'll have to print a new shipping label because USPS charges shipping even if the item is returned, so you will have to cover the cost of shipping again. If your order qualified for free shipping, we only cover the cost once. You'll have to cover it the 2nd time considering no mistake was made on our behalf.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the US and Canada.

Can you guarantee that your pacifiers are made from safe materials?

The company we order raw materials from claims they are latex-free, BPA-free, phthalate-free, nitrosamine-free, PVC-free, and the teats are silicone. We have no way of scientifically examining these materials to ensure these claims are in fact true. For this reason, we guarantee nothing. No one has ever contacted us stating that they had a reaction, so we believe that as long as you follow the care instructions listed in the description, all should be well. 🙂

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Shipping is always discreet. There will be no business name on your package and no indication as to what is inside. If you want extra discretion for a single pacifier, you may pay for gift wrap and we will place your adult pacifier in a solid container so that it can't be felt through the package. You can also just ask us to ship your order in a box. Bottles and bulk orders over 6 pacis are always shipped in boxes. 🙂

Are there age restrictions on purchasing?

We sell both SFW and NSFW which places us in the adult category on Etsy, so technically yes you should be 18+.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, but due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for items that have been unopened. Contact me within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return your order and ship it back within 7 days. I can't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Custom or personalized orders can not be returned, as they can not be resold. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs OR mark your unopened package 'return to sender' to avoid fees. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. These are our detailed returns policies.

When will my order ship?

We have a 1-5 business day processing time, however, we normally ship orders out within 1-3 days. We just like to give ourselves a little wiggle room in case something comes up and we can't get our orders out that quickly.

You should have received a confirmation email from Etsy with an estimated arrival date, and you will receive another email with tracking information once your order ships. 🙂

Why can't I leave a 5-star review?

Some smartphones such as Apple don't always give you the option to leave a 5-star review on Etsy. In this case, you may use a tablet or pc to leave a review or just skip leaving a review. If you are very happy with your order but can't leave 5 stars, we suggest skipping it because 4 stars or less lowers our shop rating. If you need assistance or have a question or concern about your order, PLEASE message us before leaving a review. We will always correct any mistake WE have made. 🙂
