Instagram is becoming even more musical

Instagram will now allow you to add music to still image posts — another way to integrate music outside its Reels and Stories. While music has been key to TikTok’s success and an essential element in trend engagement, whether a soundtrack will enhance your Feed photo posts remains to be seen. Instagram added many music options in the past year and wants to add user song profiles (like MySpace) soon.
