Pitch Competition

This is your Big Break.

Every legendary founder started with just an idea. Now, we want to hear yours.

Send us a 60 second video telling us your genius business idea and why you think it’s the next big thing. The person with the most unique idea will win $5000 and a feature in The Hustle to start their journey.

We're on the hunt for the next great startup founder. Will it be you?

What's the Big Break?

For the unfamiliar, The Hustle delivers business and tech news to 1.5 million of the internet's smartest, most ambitious readers every day. We cut through the noise to bring you the stories that matter most to founders, entrepreneurs, and business enthusiasts.

But we've always wanted to do more than just report on success stories — we want to help create them.

That's why we've teamed up with Indie Hackers to launch a pitch competition with a refreshingly simple premise: tell us your brilliant business idea, and you could win $5,000 to bring it to life.

Because sometimes, all a future founder needs is that first push (and, let's be honest, a little cash doesn't hurt).
