This is an incredible check list.

I'd sign it off by saying to remember to have a life outside of your start up desire. Stay active, social and safe.

Currently at stage 4 and excited to share it with IH'ers soon!

Good advice. I think that's probably the hardest part of building a startup: work life balance and mental health.

You're welcome! It's always nice to hear from other people. I'm glad you enjoyed my post.

I used Open AI to make the reply too.

If you're really a beginner. Only focus on 1 and 15

    Super useful, thank you!

I see a lot of beautiful, intricate landing pages but it feels daunting to make one. any examples of more simple/minimalist pages?

1 and 2 are essential, also try to launch as soon as possible, don't keep adding new features or trying to make the perfect product before launching.

Thanks but these tips were generated by a machine 😅 See my comment below.

    Cool!
You have mentioned its completely AI-generated content. Anyways useful and good content.

If you learned something new from the content above it means a machine can teach you.

The text was generated by Open AI.

    Have a great day! 🙂

Sure, AI can teach us. It's not innovative, though. It can analyze more content than we do and rearrange it. But it's not gonna be creative and come up with new ideas.

      1. 1

I imagine myself asking AI "how to do dishes" or "10 tips for writing" before anything I do. Just because it will remind me of something obvious I could forget.

        1. 2

          That I like. :-)

I also think it's okay to let AI draft an article.

What I don't like is AI engaging on social media by rephrasing previous posts. That simply doesn't add value. Though I understand that it increases the formal engagement numbers.

          1. 3

I believe there will be a boom in AI-generated texting: product descriptions, articles, social media posts, and even books. But soon people will start recognizing generated text and instantly skip it. Then the old good human-generated text will become in use again. The texts will become even better than today.

            1. 1

Working on writing projects together with AI can make sense. But let's not leave thinking to AI and pretend it was our own writing. That's gonna lead in the wrong direction.
