It’s great for highly interactive pages but might have slower initial loading times as users wait for the JS to load. 2. SSR (Server-Side Rendering): 🌐 - With SSR, the HTML is generated on the server at every request. This results in a faster initial load and better SEO. It’s perfect for pages with dynamic data that need to be up-to-date every time they’re accessed. 3. SSG (Static Site Generation): 📄 - SSG generates the HTML at build time, meaning the pages are ready to be served as static files. This approach provides super-fast load times and is ideal for content that doesn’t change frequently. 4. ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration): ⚡ - ISR is a blend of SSR and SSG. It allows us to create static pages that can be updated at a specified interval. The C++ internship in Grid Dynamics Armenian office is now open for applications. With a strong emphasis on reinforcing everything we explore through writing relevant, modern C++ code, we'll dive deep into topics like computer architecture, CPU architecture, program analysis tools, performance optimizations, low-level security, parallelism and concurrency, modularity, as well as how these concepts intersect and interconnect with theoretical aspects to form a cohesive whole. In addition, and very importantly, all interns will have a larger, long-term project to work on from scratch, on day one, which will continue throughout their internship at the very least.

🌟 Hey everyone! 🌟 In a year or smth I will cross my 20 years in the industry. Crazy numbers, yeah? I was fortunate enough to start my journey as Junior .NET Engineer, tried leading directions of different service companies, and finally found my passion in Engineering Management. What a ride, huh? Through all these years I've been in a role of mentee with super smart and passionate mentors, and had a pleasure to be a mentor for many exceptional engineers and managers. Fun fact: I’ve even switched jobs just to work with a hiring manager I admired and wanted to learn from ( hey, Daniel ). 😄 Lifelong learning has always been a big deal for me. But let’s be real—mentorship can be tricky. • As a mentee, it’s hard to find the right mentor. Who’s open to mentoring? Who’s truly skilled in their craft? How do you even ask someone to mentor you without it feeling awkward? • As a mentor, it can be tough to balance expectations. You want your mentee to grow and work on what you discuss, but sometimes you care more about their progress than they do. And then there’s the big question: Should mentorship be free? If not, how do you bring up money without it being weird? Eventually I've met Vlad K., and spoked about all these things. And you know - surprisingly we've found that this problem triggers us both. We've come up with next rules, which we wish mentorship has: 1️⃣ If someone’s looking for a mentor, they should easily find one who aligns with their goals and interests. 2️⃣ If someone wants to mentor, they should clearly outline where they can help and how much their time is worth. 3️⃣ Finding a mentor should be as simple and seamless as possible—integrated into your daily life. Getting right mentor for the right question or goal - is crucial for progressing in your career or in a current state of your life. We believe the right mentor can make a huge difference in your career and personal growth. Redux helps you manage "global" state, which is the state that needs to be shared and accessed across many parts of your application. It makes state management predictable and simplifies the data flow in your application. When Should I Use Redux? Redux is beneficial for handling shared state management, but like any tool, it has trade-offs. Using Redux means you need to learn additional concepts and write more boilerplate code. It also imposes certain restrictions and may introduce indirection into your code. "☂ How to Evaluate a Company Before Accepting an Offer. You've received an offer, and that's great news! It's important to approach every offer rationally and not rush to accept it, even if the journey was difficult. Take some time to think it over and research the company. Just don't take too long. ❄ My candidates often reject companies, and the most common reason is toxic management. This is far from the only reason, but it seems to be the most frequent one. A "bad" offer can bring a lot of troubles: a damaged resume, wasted nerves, time, etc. Here's what you can do right now to choose exactly what you need. ✔ 1 Find as much information as possible about the company and compare it with your values. If you are offered a job in gambling, and you realize that it does not align with your values, don't even think about agreeing; it will be very difficult. ✔ 2 Find several employees of the company on LinkedIn and send them a message asking how it is to work there, what the pros and cons are. No one has ever refused to answer this question. And if you think everyone will say how great and wonderful everything is, most employees tell the truth. Your task is to analyze and draw the right conclusions: can you work with these drawbacks? ✔ 3 Study the work statistics of the company's employees. If most of them work there for about a year or less, then you should also think twice. You can get this information from the profiles of current and former employees. I wish you all the right offers.
